Arnica Flower
Arnica flower is the common name for the flower heads of the plant Arnica montana L. It is also known as leopard’s bane or wolf’s bane. The species Arnica montana is a perennial plant that is native to mountains in Europe and widely cultivated around the world. It possesses several biological properties including anti-inflammatory, antirheumatic, bactericidal and wound healing. Arnica flower is used to treat soft tissue or joint pain (including rheumatism), muscles pain, sprains, oedema, hematoma, insect bites and bruises.
Arnica addresses the underlying conditions that cause pain (particularly inflammation) by stimulating the body to heal itself. It also helps to promote better blood circulation to the area and avoid restriction of blood flow. Hence, it helps to relieve the physical discomforts like painful and swollen veins as well as improve the appearance of varicose and spider veins.
Calendula Flower
Calendula flower (or marigold) is the common name for the flowers of the plant Calendula officinalis L. It is native of Mediterranean countries and is one of the commonly used medicinal plants in India, China, Europe and US. Calendula have important biological activities like anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic, antibacterial, antifungal and wound healing. This popular herbs is commonly used for varicose veins, haemorrhoids, black and blue bruises, muscle spasms, inflammatory skin lesions and rashes.
Calendula is well known for its function to promote rapid healing, reduce swelling and pain as well as muscle spasms. Calendula helps to reduce muscle spasms by inhibiting spontaneous contractions and therefore causing relaxation of the muscle.

Direction of Use:
Adults:
Apply 4 times daily onto the affected area and massage gently for 5 to 10 minutes. Wash hand after use.
Not suitable for open wound or broken skin.
How to Store
Store below 30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep cap tightly closed.
